Via Ibaan
From Manila, take the South Luzon Expressway all the way to Exit 50 (the Batangas, Lucena and Legaspi exit, the 2nd to the last exit). Drive 6.5 kms along this National Highway and turn right to the Star Toll Way entrance.
Drive 33 kms on the Star Tollway (STAR) and take the San Jose-Ibaan Exit (the 4th ext). After exiting, turn left and drive 2.5 kms. Turn left to Palindan St. where you with a sign pointing to alternate route to Lipa - Ibaan. turn right at Lipa-Ibaan Road. Drive past the Petron Station on your left. After the station, you will reach a junction with a sign pointing to Rosario, turn left at this junction. Drive 8 kms along this road to Rosario town proper. Upon reaching the Rosario town proper, there is a Jollibee outlet at your left. Drive past the Jollibee and the South Star drug store outlet. This road leads all the way to San Juan town proper which is approximately 23 kms. away.
After entering San Juan town proper, drive past the Municipal Hall of San Juan. at your right. Then turn right immediately after the Municipal Hall of San Juan. This is the main road of Laiya. You will drive approximately 25 kms (20 minutes) along this road, Playa Laiya is at the gateway of the Laiya beachfront.
